Join the Young Adult Advocacy Council

The Young Adult Advocacy Council (YAAC) is a group of young adults who are business professionals, community leaders, and engaged students. These up-and-comers actively support the advancement of Breakthrough T1D’s advocacy priority areas, 
and spread awareness of type 1 diabetes within their communities. Through their involvement, they drive meaningful progress on our path to cures for T1D. Click here to read the YAAC member position description!

All young adults ages 18-28 are eligible to sign up
September 1 – October 31. The YAAC will usher in new members in January 2027.
